AC1900 High-Coverage Wi-Fi Router
WLR-9000 v1 001
I cannot access the Settings menu (GUI) using the IP address. What can I do?
First of all, make sure that you are connected to the router. This can be either a wired or a wireless connection.
In the case of a wired connection, this is easy to check. Make sure that the cable from your computer is connected to one of the four yellow ports on the router.
In the case of a wireless connection, we recommend that you check whether you are connected to the correct wireless network. You can find the network name on the bottom of the router or in the Network Login Details flyer that may have been supplied with it. This always begins with “Sitecom” followed by six characters, consisting of any combination of letters and digits.
On your computer, you can see which network you are connected to by placing the mouse pointer over the network icon in the taskbar at the bottom right of the screen.
In addition, you must be careful to type the full address, including the http:// prefix, in the address bar (and not in the Google search bar).
